T20 action hits the lower grades

T20 cricket hit the Orange lower grades last Saturday with the first of the T20 rounds played in Second Grade and the start of the Lower Grade T20 competition.


In Second Grade, Orange CYMS kept their place at the top of the ladder after two T20 wins last Saturday, with the gap to second opening up to 9 points. Kinross moved from 4th to 2nd with two wins also, while Orange City dropped to 5th following their two losses.

Each of the 7 teams played 2 Twenty20 matches in the Lower Grade T20 competition, with 2 further matches to be played after the Christmas break before finals on 18 January.
